Applications
DAMGO Acetic Acid Salt -D4 is a deuterated compound of DAMGO TFA Salt (D134600). DAMGO is an opioid receptor agonist (1,2). DAMGO can be used to investigate the analgesic mechanism of opioids. It has been shown that DAMGO can modulate the two-pore domain K(+) channels in the substantia gelatinosa neurons (3).
