Applications
Cyanuric Chloride is extensively used in the preparation of the triazine-class pesticides and herbicides. Cyanuric chloride is also used as a precursor to dyes and crosslinking agents due to the reactive chlorine atoms towards nucleophilic substitution reactions. Cyanuric chloride derivatives possess a large spectrum of activities as antibacterial and anticancer agents.
