DOTA-p-NH2-Bn Biotin is a derivative of DOTA (tetraazacyclopropane) with the ability to chelate metal ions. It can effectively bind biomolecules with metal ions by reacting with amino or carboxyl functional groups in biomolecules. This combination can improve the stability of biomolecules, reduce their immunogenicity, ａnd also enhance their targeting in vivo.
DOTA-p-NH2-Bn Biotin can also be used to prepare antibodies ａnd peptides. By reacting with amino or carboxyl functional groups in antibodies or peptides, DOTA-p-NH2-Bn Biotin can be coupled with antibodies or peptides to prepare antibodies or peptides with good sensitivity, specificity, ａnd stability. These antibodies or peptides can be used to detect ａnd recognize relevant antigens or proteins.
