N-(DBCO-N-amido-PEG4)-N-Biotin-PEG4-t-Boc-Hydrazide

N-(DBCO-N-amido-PEG4)-N-Biotin-PEG4-t-Boc-Hydrazide is a heterotrifunctional PEG linker containing Fmoc, biotin, and a Boc-protected hydrazide moieties. Biotin has strong binding affinity with avidin and can be used in detection, immobilization, targeting, labeling as well as nonradioactive purification. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations. The Boc can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form a reactive hydrazide, which can then be coupled with various carbonyl groups.
