Sulfo-Cy7.5 dicarboxylic acid is a bifunctional near infrared fluorescent dye with two carboxylic acid groups. Sulfo-Cy7.5 dicarboxylic acid is useful as a NIR emitting cross-linker. The terminal carboxylic acid groups can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research use only.
